In addition to fruit juice, there are other foods that contain carbohydrates that you should be aware of. Breads, pasta, cereal and cookies are some examples of foods with carbs you might eat for breakfast. Then again, it’s not the only carb-laden meal to which you’re likely to turn at any given time of day or evening. You would also do well to stay away from rice dishes with curry sauce whenever possible- although one sweet treat now and then can’t hurt your diet too much!
