Does Every Computer Have RAM?

The short answer is yes. The long answer otherwise, I’m afraid is no – not if you talk about physical RAM memory.
Modern operating systems usually come with a lot of virtual RAM space that they allocate dynamically as needed to store temporary data such as virtual machine images and computer desktop environments. This enables operations such as opening lots of applications without worrying about running out of RAM, but it can also create problems when applications need more memory than the operating system has allocated for them and start scrambling for dominance over other programs.
For the vast majority of people using computers these days, their computer’s hard drive will be many times larger than what we call physical RAM.
