Obviously our mouths are not evolved to be seed spitting machines, so there is no fruit that your mouth is capable of ejecting its seeds.
The reason our teeth aren’t designed to grind down the fruit’s structure in order to spit out the seeds has to do with the fact that living trees use their hardy roots for survival. Visualize this scene – if mammals were able to chew through wood and eat all the way down into a tree’s trunk, one impact could potentially topple it over, doing great damage nearby. Imagine all the consequences involved when an animal eats too many fruits from nearby trees!
