Water is important for many reasons. It helps regulate body temperature, lubricate the joints, flush toxins from the kidneys and bladder, help maintain a normal blood pH level by pulling excess acidic fluids out of your system to be used in sweat. Drinking enough water can also keep hunger down by making you feel full, give you more energy because it’s needed for metabolism and provide relief from some stomach pains or headaches that might come with dehydration or not getting enough nutrients in your diet.
