The most common layout for the keyboard has 104 keys which can be divided up into several groups with each group containing between 18 and 32 keys.
The number of functional keys (keys that do not belong to a group) is one, the spacebar which is 122 114 117 on most keyboards. Other than that, there are 17 7 12 14 broken out into three sections as follows: Section 1 consists of 3 22 18 24 buttons from A to F as well as 11 27 20 25. In Section 2, we have 12 45 36 39 from G-O which form their own zone in the upper right quadrant of the keyboard. The third zone consists of 8 44 30 37 from P-Y and X near U Z V).
