Computers are good for some things, but not others.
Computers are excellent at helping one with remedial tasks that have little to no variation or decision-making requirements. For example, if someone just needs to go through a set of flashcards on an exacting schedule, then computers can be the perfect tool to keep track of time and repetition without falter. Likewise, many students benefit from using software programs or educational games to fill gaps in their knowledge or sharpen skills they’ve learned in school classrooms the old-fashioned way – however, there is still something fundamentally missing when it comes down to an individualized learning experience.
