Cola has caffeine because it’s soda with coffee beans mixed into it or carbonated water with sugar and way more caffeine than any vegetable drink can claim to have. Red Bull is just a high sugar content energy drink that was on the market first so they got lucky on their branding! I recommend sticking to natural sugars for an energy boost. Bananas are full of potassium that won’t crash your moods later on, carrots are full of nutrient vitamins…you get the idea! If you must have some liquid refreshment, try fresh sapodilla juice around lunchtime instead.
