What Is Computer RAM And ROM?

RAM stands for Random Access Memory. It’s a computer data storage that can be accessed in any order because the access time doesn’t depend on how it is ordered.
ROM stands for Read-Only Memory, which was popular since machine language programs couldn’t be modified by operators and only executed the same way every time. It’s an electronic device or computer chip carrying permanent data at high speed inside it, typically used for storing micro-programs to control hardware devices or one of its peripheral parts.
