When Chihuahua Stop Growing?

Some small breeds of dogs, called teacup Chihuahuas, are bred to remain under 4 pounds. These animals have a shortened lifespan because their body systems are smaller and more sensitive to stress. They also suffer other health problems due to inadequate size, such as spine disorders.

For other breeds of dogs, stop growing at different ages ranging from about 11 months for toy dogs up to 2 years or so for large dog breeds like German Shepherds.
