There are many myths about when you should or shouldn’t clean your water bottle. Some would say that when the rubber starts to peel off, it is time for a replacement. Others say that when the flavor starts to change, it’s time for a new one. There are also those that would advise against ever cleaning or replacing your water bottle because of the chemicals that are used in most disposable containers. For these reasons, I recommend doing what makes sense to you and researching online so you can make an informed decision with full knowledge of all the pros and cons involved with each option. After all, no two people have exactly alike needs so there can’t be one general rule of thumb for everyone!
