There are a few oils on shelves which are the result of heavily processed avocado oil, and there’s also one I know for sure that’s made from 100% virgin avocado. Unfortunately, it’s not legal to say the brand name (I’m afraid I might get fined). I can tell you one thing though… if your oil comes in a clear bottle like this, then it is most likely processed. It might taste good to you right now because these oils require no chemical processing or refining; they’re just pure whole avocados.
