If you’re talking about “whole fruit juice” then the answer is apple juice. Fruit juices (sweetened) are all basically composed of more sugar than any other ingredient – whole fruit juicing does not = healthier alternative to juice because they contain all the added sugars and preservatives of processed drinks. If you want to be healthy, buy some bananas and squeeze them yourself!
